So lately I’ve been getting a lot of leg cramps. They’ve even woken me up in the middle of the night and then made my legs sore the next day. This is a cause for concern for me. I decided to google it and determine what the Internet community has for my diagnosis. It turns out I’ve got deep vein thrombosis.
I’m pretty sure of it. All the symptoms add up. There’s got to be some kind of blood clot in my leg just waiting to kill me. It could be any minute now. I have a doctor’s appointment next week if I make it until then. Otherwise, I’m just going to have to work on saving the kids from the havoc I’m sure to cause when it happens.
They probably shouldn’t ride in the car with me in case I lose control when it hits. I probably also shouldn’t prepare any of their meals. Lord only knows what would happen with me wielding a knife. Come to think of it, maybe I should just relax in bed until my appointment (I’m sure that wouldn’t cause any problems with blood clots in my legs). But at least I’d be happy when I went. Then I can do some online shopping for my casket while I wait. You can never be too safe.
